THE FORMAT

Run a 5K course in rugged, muddy terrain that takes you through old, seemingly abandoned trails and challening opbstacles all while dodging zombies looking for food. You will be given 2 ‘life flags’ (on a belt like in flag football) at the start of race and if you have any left at the finish line you have survived without being turned into a Zombie. If you are attacked by Zombies and they take all of your life flags you have been turned into a Zombie. Don’t worry – you will still get to enjoy the post-party.

The race will consist of waves of about 250 people released in 30 minute increments. You will choose your wave when you register.

This course can be as challenging as you make it. You can always skip obstacles, just don’t let the Zombie grab your ‘life flags!’ The best way to survive the course and fight off the Zombies is in groups so we encourage you to bring friends…and see who makes it out alive!
